Role Description
The Assistant Purchasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur,
responsible for supporting the procurement of raw materials, components, and services required for transformer insulation product manufacturing. This role involves assisting in vendor identification and evaluation, obtaining and comparing quotations, negotiating pricing and payment terms under guidance, and preparing purchase orders in line with company policies. The Assistant Purchasing Manager will monitor delivery schedules, coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability, and maintain accurate purchasing records and inventory data. The role also includes tracking supplier performance, resolving discrepancies in orders and invoices, supporting cost optimization initiatives, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and relevant regulations.
