About the Role

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a creative, research-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our online presence, increase engagement, and support recruitment marketing. This role is focused primarily on social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, and creative campaign development. Apart from designing content, non-social media design work is also a supporting function (approximately 5–10% of the role), with the primary focus on generating ideas, executing campaigns, and growing our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Research competitors, industry leaders, and emerging social media trends to identify new content opportunities.

Develop creative campaign ideas and present recommendations to leadership.

Plan and manage a social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram,



and other relevant platforms.

Create engaging posts, carousels, and reusable templates using Canva.

Publish and schedule content while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Monitor post performance and recommend improvements based on engagement metrics.

Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and interactions where appropriate.

Collaborate with recruiters and leadership to promote hiring campaigns, company culture, and business updates.

Track social media analytics and prepare simple monthly performance reports.

Ensure all content aligns with Princeton Staffing Solutions' branding and messaging.

Provide occasional marketing or administrative support as needed (approximately 5–10% of the role).
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience managing business social media accounts.
