About the Role

Perch is looking for an E-commerce Executive with strong hands-on experience in managing Flipkart seller operations. The candidate should understand Flipkart Seller Hub, listings, inventory, pricing, order processing, account health, claims, returns, and basic marketplace reporting.

This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked with a D2C brand, marketplace seller, agency, or e-commerce operations team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations on Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings on Flipkart.
- Handle catalog uploads, image updates, title changes, bullet points, descriptions, and backend attributes.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, offers, and product visibility.
- Track orders, returns, cancellations, replacements, and customer issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team for timely order processing.




- Check Flipkart account health, seller score, SLA breaches, and performance metrics.
- Raise and follow up on claims related to returns, SPF, wrong deductions, lost shipments, damaged returns, and payment issues.
- Download and maintain marketplace reports for sales, returns, inventory, payments, and deductions.
- Coordinate with accounts team for Flipkart payment reconciliation and settlement data.
- Work on promotional activities such as deals, price drops, ads coordination, and sale event preparation.
- Support operations for other marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, Zepto, Blinkit, or Swiggy Instamart if required.

Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Flipkart Seller Hub is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Flipkart listings, cataloging, inventory, orders, returns, claims, and seller performance.
- Basic understanding of Flipkart settlements, deductions, commissions, and marketplace reports.
- Good Excel skills, including VL
