Role Description
The Brine / Pickle Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves preparing and monitoring brine solutions, ensuring proper mixing, salinity, and acidity according to established recipes and quality standards. The operator will handle raw ingredients, wash and sort produce,



load and unload pickle batches, and oversee fermentation and preservation processes. Daily tasks include maintaining hygiene and safety protocols, operating equipment related to brine and pickle production, and recording production data such as batch details, quantities, and quality checks. The role also includes coordinating with the production team, reporting any process or equipment issues, and supporting continuous improvement in product consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Experience in food production, food processing, or similar operational roles, preferably in pickles or preserved foods.
- Knowledge of basic food safety, hygiene standards, and handling of ingredients in a production setting.
- Ability to measure, mix, and monitor brine solutions, including salt levels, acidity, and fermentation timelines.
