Were looking for a highly driven Digital Commerce Operations Merchandising Manager to own the execution, optimization, and operational excellence of e.l.f.s Shopify storefront and digital content ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of merchandising, content operations, digital commerce, creative, product, marketing, and engineering, ensuring products and digital experiences launch accurately, on time, and at the highest quality. The successful candidate will own day-to-day Shopify merchandising, Builder.io content operations, launch readiness, and cross-functional coordination while leading a team responsible for delivering best-in-class ecommerce experiences. They will establish scalable processes, improve operational efficiency, and continuously optimize the customer journey across the storefront.

Shopify Merchandising Storefront Operations
- Manage, mentor and oversee day to day functioning of team of Shopify merchandisers
- Own day-to-day merchandising operations within Shopify.
- Manage product setup, taxonomy, collections, navigation, tagging, merchandising hierarchy,



and assortment updates.
- Maintain parent-child product structures, variants, bundles, and merchandising logic.
- Optimize product listing pages (PLPs) and product detail pages (PDPs) for discoverability, conversion, SEO, and customer experience.
- Maintain merchandising standards including:
- Product naming conventions
- Metadata SEO
- Product content structure
- Image and video consistency
- Collection strategy
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and assortment changes.
- Monitor storefront quality and proactively resolve merchandising or operational issues.

Digital Content Operations CMS Management
- Own the end-to-end digital content workflow from intake through publishing.
- Build and update digital experiences in Builder.io using existing components and content models.
- Publish campaign landing pages, homepage updates, promotional content, and editorial
