In just 3 years, we've grown to a team of 120+ professionals, partnering with some of India's leading brands. Our founding team brings over 40 years of combined experience across Digital Strategy, Analytics, Performance Marketing, and Marketing Technology.
We are looking for a Recruitment Executive who is passionate about hiring exceptional talent and supporting key HR processes. The role is focused on 80% Talent Acquisition and 20% HR Operations, providing an opportunity to work across the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment (80%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and campus hiring.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.




- Drive offers rollout and candidate follow-ups until onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Analyze the recruitment funnel, identify bottlenecks, and take proactive actions to improve hiring efficiency and candidate conversion.

HR Operations (20%)
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and recruitment documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Prepare recruitment dashboards and HR reports.
- Assist with attendance, confirmation processes, and other HR administrative activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources.
- 0–1 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portal
