Linen Trail is a slow-fashion label built on one material done exceptionally well: 100% pure linen. For over a decade we've grown a loyal, design-led community around craftsmanship, timeless style, and quiet luxury as a direct-to-consumer brand that owns its customer relationship end to end.

We're now hiring a
Growth & Performance Marketing Manager
to sit in the Founders' Office and own how we grow not by spending more, but by understanding, with precision, what actually drives revenue, and using that to unlock the brand's next stage.

The Role

This is a performance-and-data role at its core. You'll own paid acquisition, but "owning" here means being accountable for
efficiency and contribution margin
, not just launching campaigns. Just as importantly, you'll be the person who turns our data into decisions — spotting the opportunities hiding in our numbers and building the case for where we grow next.

You'll work directly with the founders, with real ownership over budget, measurement, and strategy.

What You'll Own
- Paid acquisition, measured properly.
Plan, run, and scale campaigns across Meta and Google against transparent efficiency targets — ROAS, CAC, and contribution margin — not vanity metrics. Continuously optimize spend allocation, audiences, creative, and offers.
- The measurement layer.
Build and maintain a trustworthy read on performance: blended and channel-level metrics, attribution, and cohort/LTV analysis. Get us to answers we can act on, and cut through platform-reported noise.
- Structured experimentation.
Run a steady cadence of experiments — creative, audience, offer, landing page — each with a explicit hypothesis and a clean readout. Kill what doesn't work fast; scale what does.
- Retention & referral, driven by data.
Design repeat-purchase and referral programs, and measure them on
