Role & responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR operations for a PAN India workforce of 2,000+ employees across multiple sites.
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to business leaders, supporting workforce planning, engagement, and performance initiatives.
- Manage and guide HR teams located across different regions, ensuring consistency in HR practices and policies.
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR) matters, including local-level employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and statutory interactions (union exposure not mandatory).
- Ensure robust statutory compliance across central and state labor laws, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive HR governance, policy implementation, and risk mitigation across locations.
- Support leadership on change management, organizational effectiveness, and cultural alignment.
- Travel extensively across India to engage with regional teams, understand local dynamics, and ensure on-ground execution.
Preferred candidate profile -
- Qualification - MBA / Masters degree in HR
- Candidiate should have 15-25 yrs of experiance in Service Industry, Retail, E-commerce, Logistics, or similar large-scale, people-intensive sectors.
- Candidiate will be ready to travel for PAN India.
