Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints via voice and chat.
- Provide prompt and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.

- Undergraduate/Graduate.
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written).
- Ability to write grammatically correct, concise, and accurate responses.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
