Job Summary

The Architect Design Coordination is responsible for coordinating architectural design activities across consultants, internal teams, and project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of accurate, compliant, and coordinated design documents. The role involves managing design development, resolving technical issues, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting project execution from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural design activities with internal departments, consultants, and project teams.
- Review and monitor architectural drawings, design documents, and technical specifications for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
- Ensure effective coordination among Architectural, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior, and other engineering disciplines.
- Conduct design review meetings and maintain records of discussions, decisions, and action items.
- Track design progress against project schedules and follow up with consultants to ensure timely submissions.




- Identify design conflicts and facilitate timely resolution before construction.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, statutory regulations, local authority requirements, and project standards.
- Review consultant deliverables for completeness and consistency with project requirements.
- Coordinate design revisions based on client feedback, site conditions, and construction requirements.
- Support tender documentation, BOQ preparation, and technical evaluations where required.
- Assist site execution teams by providing design clarifications and resolving technical queries.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-ups for compliance with approved designs.
- Maintain organized documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals, and correspondence.
- Participate in project progress meetings and prepare design coordination reports.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the design development process.
