Job Title: Senior Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to hire for diverse roles in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.




- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment documentation.

Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of recruitment experience.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
