Role & responsibilities
- Day-to-Day IT support and operations related to AD, Exchange, Email gateway and O365 application issues.
- Windows & MAC laptop and desktop troubleshooting with installation of softwares.
- License, Patch Management, Backup Management.
- Ensure all the endpoint machines are hardened as per corporate policy and our compliance.
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken or installation activities.
- Ensure Vulnerability & Patch management across the setting & maintain records of the same.
- Provide timely resolution to service issues raised by users as per SLA.
- Interact with vendors for hardware and software related issues.
- Manage IT Asset and keep inventory up to date.




- Monitoring the system daily and respond immediately to security/usability concerns.

Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 2 years of IT infrastructure experience with hands on and core experience in Microsoft products such as AD, Group Policy, Exchange 2019, VMware O365, Windows Endpoint OS and Servers.
- Knowledge of installing & administering Operating Systems, laptop imaging and hardening.
- Knowledge of Antivirus and Security Solutions.
- Knowledge in Patch Management & Backup solutions.
- Knowledge related to AMC, licenses and inventory management.
