✅ Minimum 3–4 years of *hands-on experience* in real estate sales (mandatory)
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation & deal-closing skills
✅ Robust leadership – ability to guide & motivate a sales team
✅ Target-driven with a proven history of achieving results
✅ Strong client relationship management skills
✅ Local market knowledge (Zirakpur/Tricity preferred)
