The Electrical Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, ensuring secure and reliable operation of all electrical equipment and installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, panels, and fixtures.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults.
- Test electrical systems using multimeters, insulation testers, and other instruments.
- Maintain lighting systems, motors, pumps, and electrical panels.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
- Record maintenance activities and equipment history.
- Assist during electrical shutdowns and emergency repairs.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety practices.
Qualification
- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- 25 years in electrical maintenance.
