Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field sales, referrals, and customer networking.
- Source and acquire customers for Business Loans and other financial products.
- Meet prospective customers, understand their financial requirements, and recommend suitable loan products.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure business growth.
- Follow up with customers throughout the loan approval and disbursement process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
