Purpose of the rolehe incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end store operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of mechanical and electrical components. The role focuses on ensuring high accuracy in material handling, timely execution of transactions, and strict adherence to inventory control systems and compliance standards, enabling seamless production and operational efficiency.
Technical Skills

- Understanding of mechanical and electrical components.
- Good understanding of Warehouse Management system (WMS) Hands-on experience in ERP/SAP for GRN, material issuance, and stock tracking.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of inventory control techniques such as FIFO, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation. Familiarity with documentation related to GRN, invoices, and material transfers.

Job Responsibilities
1. Manage inward and issuance of mechanical and electrical components, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
2. Ensure all GRN (Goods Receipt Note) activities are completed within defined turnaround time (TAT).
3. Handle inter-unit material transfers, ensuring no mismatch in item details and proper tracking.
4. Coordinate with the Finance team for timely bill clearance, invoice verification, and processing of credit notes.
5. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels at all times.
6. Conduct regular cycle counts and support periodic physical stock audits, ensuring reconciliation of variances.
7. To participate in Kaizen, process improvements and to implement best industry practices in store operations
8. Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials to avoid damage or loss.
