As we expand, we are looking for an HR Generalist who can establish and manage the complete HR function while supporting our growth journey.

Role Overview

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle and building HR systems that support a high-performance culture. This role requires someone who can work independently, create HR processes from scratch, ensure compliance, and partner with leadership to attract, develop, and retain talent.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across all business functions.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions on relevant platforms.




- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and campus hiring.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate technical and management interview rounds.
- Manage offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct structured onboarding for recent employees.
- Prepare employment contracts and documentation.
- Coordinate background verification and document collection.
- Manage employee exits, clearance, exit interviews, and final settlements.
- Ensure smooth knowledge transfer during employee separation.

HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HRMS.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee database.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards.
- Maintain HR documentation and SOPs.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team.
- Manage employee letters, certificates, and HR documentation.
