About the organization:

SunAct is a two-year-old healthcare organization that offers a comprehensive range of advanced treatments, including CAR T-cell therapy, Bone Marrow & Stem Cell Transplantation, Immunotherapy, Targeted Therapy & Chemotherapy, along with specialized Pediatric Hematology-Oncology & BMT care.

About the role:

We are looking for a recruitment professional with at least 6 to 12 months of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with a background in hiring for hospitals.

Job description:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the entire process of recruitment: making job descriptions, sourcing talent, managing the interview process, offer negotiations, and closure.
- Multi-Channel Sourcing:
Use LinkedIn, Naukri,



and other sourcing channels to find high-quality candidates.
- Market Mapping & Intelligence:
Carry out market mapping of key functions & skillsets, and track talent trends within the healthcare space
- Offer Management & Negotiation:
Ensure effective negotiation, timely offer rollouts, and quality candidate experience

Applicant Criteria:
- At least 1 year of recruitment and talent acquisition experience

Other Details:
- This is an in office position, working 6 days a week
- The job is based in Thane
