About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and high-performing Senior IT Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for niche technology and business roles. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in hiring for Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Cloud, Analytics, and Technology Sales positions. Experience in recruiting for the Energy & Utilities domain will be an added advantage.

The recruiter should possess excellent sourcing skills, understand technical job requirements, and be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to fulfill business hiring needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand business requirements, technical skill sets, and hiring priorities.




- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and role expectations.
- Deliver quality candidates within defined timelines.

2. Technology & Domain Hiring
- Recruit for niche technology roles, including:
- Data Engineer
- Senior/Lead Data Engineer
- Data Scientist
- AI/ML Engineer
- Generative AI Engineer
- Cloud Engineer/Architect (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- DevOps Engineer
- QA Automation Engineer
- Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Technology Sales, Strategic Partnerships, and Pre-Sales roles
- Recruit candidates with experience across technology consulting, Data & AI, Cloud, and Analytics domains.
- Experience hiring for the Energy & Utilities domain (Power, Renewable Energy, Utilities, Energy Forecasting, etc.) will be an added advantage.

3. Sourcing & Talent Outreach
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
