Role Description
The Owner role in Lucknow is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and business performance for Fareportal’s local entity or business unit. This includes setting commercial and operational goals, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring alignment with global company strategy. The Owner will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with corporate stakeholders,



and make data-informed decisions to drive growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities also include budget oversight, compliance with local regulations, optimization of processes, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work culture. The role requires hands-on involvement in problem-solving, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
