Role Description
The Telecaller role at Chemist Basket is a part-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Telecaller will make outbound calls to customers to inform them about products, offers, and services, and handle inbound calls related to orders, queries, and basic support. Daily tasks include maintaining call logs, updating customer information in internal systems,



and following call scripts and guidelines to ensure clear and respectful communication. The role involves coordinating with the sales and operations teams to resolve customer issues, confirm orders, and share feedback gathered during calls. The Telecaller is expected to meet call targets, adhere to quality standards, and maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Qualifications
