Role Purpose
Responsible for supporting Project implementations for Operations associated User acceptance testing for system changes.
Also responsible for critical predefined business system maintenances /set ups on production.
Role Accountability
1. Provide UAT support for New Product policy initiatives of the organization which helps in faster rollout of recent products rule changes, incumbent shall have a pivotal role in driving changes on key systems in operations from business perspective.
2. Collaborate with various internal groups to understand detailed business requirements, implement new processes.
3. Ensure creation/execution of detailed Testing plans including Collaboration with key stakeholders for seamless execution of UAT process.
4. Drive productivity initiatives through system changes.
5. Write detailed and accurate business requirement documents (BRDs) for system changes involved in assigned projects/regular business policy changes.
