Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive sales growth and brand awareness for ultra-luxury residential projects in Chennai.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including luxury real estate developers, brokers, and villa owners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns to target high-end customers and drive sales conversions.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
- 12-18 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and brand awareness in the luxury residential market.
- Solid knowledge of luxury real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including luxury real estate developers, brokers, and villa owners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance metrics and optimize sales strategies.
