We are hiring for a highly experienced Principal Network Engineer who can design, optimize, and support enterprise network environments. This role requires a balance of architecture expertise and hands-on troubleshooting for critical escalations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement network & data centre architecture
- Handle P1/P0 critical incidents and escalations
- Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA)
- Review and approve configurations from L2/L3 teams
- Work on routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) & security architecture
- Drive network transformation / optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with vendors (Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, Juniper)
- Create and maintain HLD/LLD documentation
- Mentor L3 engineers and guide technical decisions
Must Have Skills
- Strong experience in network architecture + troubleshooting
- Expertise in routing, switching, and firewall technologies
- Hands-on with Cisco / Palo Alto / Aruba / Juniper
- Experience in handling major incidents (P1/P0)
- Robust knowledge of data centre & enterprise networks
- Certifications: CCNP / CCIE (Mandatory)
