Job Description
Detail-oriented in Material Management with experience supporting compliant,



high-quality marketing and digital content across multiple channels. Demonstrates strong coordination and organizational skills to manage content reviews, regulatory approvals and publication processes while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams. Adept at maintaining workflows, tracking tools and identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and meet evolving business needs.

Review materials for spelling, grammar and compliance with Ameriprise brand, style and disclosure guidelines.

Submit content for appropriate reviews and approvals in our regulatory system and actively follow up with business partners to ensure timely execution.

Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines as well as partnering and executing best practices and procedures.

Support alignment and communication on processes, timelines and deadlines related to content publication and cross-functional digital campaigns
