Role Summary
We are looking for a agile and customer-focused Senior Pre-Sales Executive to engage with prospective
customers, qualify leads, generate office and site visit appointments, and maintain strong customer relationships.
The role plays a vital part in driving the sales pipeline by ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate CRM management and
an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction.

Engage with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and follow-ups.
Qualify leads and schedule office and site visit appointments.




Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up schedules and customer interactions in the CRM.
Build strong customer relationships through timely communication and regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with Closing Managers for smooth customer handovers.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly appointment, productivity and quality targets.
Maintain high standards of customer experience while contributing to referrals and continuous process
improvement.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline.
25 years' experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Engagement or Telecalling.
Excellent communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Sell.do, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
Strong follow-up, negotiation, CRM and customer relationship skills.
Real Estate experience preferred.
