Role Description
The Production Supervisor role is a full-time, in office position based at the Orientbell Tiles facility in Vadodara. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations,



ensuring that manufacturing activities run safely, efficiently, and in alignment with quality standards and production targets. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating production planning, allocating resources, and monitoring workflow to minimize downtime and maintain output. The role involves supervising and guiding production team members, conducting shift briefings, resolving operational issues, and maintaining clear communication with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams. The Production Supervisor will also support continuous improvement initiatives, enforce safety and housekeeping practices, and prepare regular reports on production performance and adherence to standard operating procedures.
