Our Showcases vertical is a premium stage experience where selected children perform on a professionally managed stage with auditorium setup, lights, sound, photography, and audience experience.

We are looking for a driven and empathetic Sales Executive who can connect with parents, explain the value of the experience, and help convert interested families into registrations.

Role Overview
The role involves speaking with parents who have shown interest or submitted auditions, understanding their child's background, explaining the showcase event format, handling objections, and driving registrations.
This is a high-conversation, relationship-oriented sales role requiring strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, follow-through, and a genuine passion for sales and achieving targets.





Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated through auditions, ads, academies, and referrals
- Explain the showcase concept clearly to parents
- Build trust and guide parents through the registration process
- Track lead stages and maintain follow-up discipline
- Coordinate with operations and founder team for onboarding and scheduling
- Meet weekly and monthly registration targets
- Share parent feedback and market insights with the team
- Maintain professionalism and warmth in all parent interactions
Skills Required
- Strong spoken English and Hindi communication
- Confidence in handling parent conversations over phone and WhatsApp
- Positive listening and persuasion skills
- Strong ownership towards targets and conversions
- Organized follow-up and lead management ability
- Positive, energetic, and self-driven personality
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environmen
