Job Description
Honeywell is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Channel Sales Representative to lead sales efforts for its Scalable Control Solutions portfolio within the South region. This position is responsible for driving business growth by managing key relationships with end users, engineering procurement and construction (EPC) contractors, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and channel partners. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in promoting Honeywell’s automation solutions—including Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, and packaged solutions—while ensuring alignment with regional market dynamics and customer needs. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the regional sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain robust business relationships with customers, EPCs, OEMs, and channel partners.




- Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop territory strategies.
- Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations to promote Honeywell’s value proposition.
- Support and guide channel partners through sales enablement activities, including product training and opportunity development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, engineering, and proposal teams, to formulate effective pursuit strategies.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback on customer requirements to inform future product development.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Represent the organization at relevant industry forums, exhibitions, and customer events within the region.
