? Own complex customer support for a live UK healthcare platform
Script Assist is looking for an experienced
Senior Technical Support Consultant
to provide hands-on support to UK clinics, pharmacies and healthcare operators using our live healthcare software.
We are specifically looking for someone whose core experience comes from a
customer-facing support team within an EHR, EMR, HIS or enterprise healthcare-software company
.
Your day-to-day work should have included:
- managing live external customer tickets
- communicating directly with healthcare customers
- investigating complex software issues
- managing ticket priorities and SLAs
- handling escalated or frustrated customers
- coordinating with Product, Engineering and QA
- retaining ownership until the customer’s issue is resolved
- supporting or mentoring less-experienced support colleagues
This is a hands-on customer-support role with the potential to grow into broader responsibility for Script Assist’s ticketing and support operation.

Our software is used by clinics, pharmacies and healthcare operators and already supports tens of thousands of medical cannabis prescriptions every month.
We are now expanding into additional private healthcare markets, including:
- ADHD
- weight loss
- longevity
- specialist private medicine
- other complex healthcare categories
This is live production software used every day in regulated clinical and pharmacy environments.
When a customer has a problem, they need someone who understands the platform, takes ownership, communicates clearly and drives the issue through to resolution.
