About the Role

L'Opra French Bakery is looking for a creative and proactive Brand Marketing Executive to manage the brand's presence across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, campaign execution, brand communication, influencer collaborations, and marketing operations while ensuring a consistent premium brand experience.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Social Media & Content
- Capture daily photo and video content for social media.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend content ideas.
- Campaign & Brand Marketing
- Develop monthly content calendars.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage brand communication across social media, website, email, WhatsApp, loyalty programs, and in-store branding.
- Coordinate recent product launch campaigns.
- Content Production




- Plan and coordinate product and lifestyle photoshoots.
- Work with chefs, photographers, videographers, influencers, and creative agencies.
- Maintain and organize marketing assets.
- Influencer & PR
- Manage influencer collaborations, PR initiatives, and brand partnerships.
- Coordinate barter and paid campaigns.
- Outlet Marketing
- Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure marketing execution.
- Monitor branding standards, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Community Management
- Respond to customer messages, comments, and reviews.
- Escalate customer concerns to relevant teams when required.
- Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and digital asset libraries.
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Performance Marketing (Preferred)
