Role Description
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) role at TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruchirappalli.



The CSM is responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring policyholders receive timely support, guidance, and a seamless service experience across the policy lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding new customers, explaining product features and coverage, handling queries and escalations, coordinating with internal teams for claims and policy servicing, and monitoring customer satisfaction and retention metrics. The role also involves identifying opportunities to deepen customer engagement, recommending suitable insurance solutions, and sharing customer feedback to improve processes and offerings. The CSM collaborates closely with sales, operations, and claims teams to deliver consistent, customer-first outcomes in line with TATA AIG’s service standards.
