Role Overview





The ideal candidates will be responsible for onboarding current customers on Aviso and supporting a set of live customers, while delivering a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities include - New customer onboardings:
- Onboarding new customers on Aviso platform, with required configurations
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders during the onboarding journey, for discovery, solutioning, configuration/build, user acceptance testing and go-live
- Engaging closely with development/infra teams on feasibility checks, design, testing and delivery of new features built on Python/MongoDB/ PostgresDB
- Owning and delivering project deliverables like requirements / design document(s), test cases/scripts, training/enablement documents and configured systems in test / production environments
- Providing superior customer experience with effective communication and timely deliveries of high quality deliverables

Supporting live customers:
- Handling production issues
