About the Role

As a Technical Accounting Analyst I, you will be a key player in our PC Business Operations Team in EMEA, taking ownership of end-to-end reinsurance account management. You will work at the intersection of finance, operations, and client service - ensuring contractual fulfillment, financial accuracy, and exceptional service delivery for an assigned portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities
- Manage reinsurance accounts and claims end-to-end, ensuring full contractual fulfillment in line with established policies and processes




- Process client reinsurance accounts including premiums, claims, and brokerage, consistently meeting deliverables and quality standards
- Ensure financial transactions and payments adhere to established processes, guidelines, quality management frameworks, and key controls
- Drive timely collection of funds (Accounts Receivable) and maintain accurate tracking of financials within your assigned portfolio
- Apply a thorough understanding of reinsurance contractual conditions to ensure compliance and accuracy across all account activities
- Collaborate across teams, functions, and regions to support the evolving requirements of our clients and business partners
- Maintain professional and high-quality correspondence with clients and cedants, adhering to process guidelines and upholding service excellence standards
