Key Responsibilities

Follow up with students.
Send SMS and WhatsApp reminders before due dates.
Maintain accurate daily follow-up records in Excel/CRM.
Escalate long-pending cases to the reporting manager.
Handle all student interactions professionally and courteously.

Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and data entry tools.
Polite and confident telephone communication skills.
Freshers are welcome; telecalling/customer support experience is a plus.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
