HR Executive (5+ Years Experience)About 24 HIGH

24 HIGH is a premium commercial real estate developer based in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, committed to delivering modern office spaces with excellence, innovation, and professionalism. We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to strengthen our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Coordinate interviews with management and candidates.
- Manage onboarding, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
- Handle attendance, leave records, and HR operations.
- Support payroll coordination and HR compliance.
- Maintain employee records and HR reports.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR administration.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience.




- Graduate (MBA in HR preferred).
- Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
