Position
The Social Media Video Editor creates engaging, platform-optimised video content for marketing and learning initiatives across multiple digital channels. Using the latest AI-powered editing tools and post-production workflows, the role transforms briefs and scripts into high-quality videos that maximise audience engagement and production efficiency. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the editor applies best practices in social media algorithms,



hook-led storytelling, and content optimisation for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok while continuously adopting new technologies to improve performance and scalability. Leverage cutting-edge AI-powered production workflows to create engaging, high-performing educational and social media video content at scale. Combine creative storytelling, automation, and platform expertise to produce hook-led videos optimised for learning outcomes, audience retention, and algorithmic distribution across skilled and social networks
