Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Leadership

Lead overall HR function for factory operations with predominantly women workforce and the Corporate Team.

2. Industrial Relations & Compliance

Manage HR and IR activities including employee relations, grievance handling, and negotiations.

Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.

Fluency in Kannada is essential for effective communication with the factory workforce.

3. Talent Acquisition & Planning

Drive corporate recruitment for critical roles across factory and corporate functions.

Set HR goals, workforce planning, and align HR strategies with business objectives.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

Build an inclusive and empathetic work environment, especially for women employees.





Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to balance workforce needs with organizational goals.

5. Change & Crisis Management

Operate effectively in an setting of financial distress and organizational change.

Lead HR initiatives to support business continuity and transformation.
