About the Role

We're looking for a detail oriented Research Associate to join our growing team. The role involves understanding project requirements, conducting online research, identifying relevant professionals, and building high quality databases to support research assignments.

Key Responsibilities

· Understand project requirements and identify the most relevant professional profiles.

· Conduct online research using LinkedIn and other publicly available sources.

· Identify professionals based on industry, designation, company, geography, and experience.

· Build and maintain accurate professional databases.

· Conduct secondary research on companies, industries, and business functions.

· Ensure research assignments are completed accurately and within timelines.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

· Freshers are encouraged to apply.



Prior experience in online research, market research, lead generation, recruitment research, or business research will be an added advantage.

· Strong internet research and analytical skills.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Good written English and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

· Willingness to learn and work in a fast paced environment.

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
