About the role
The Senior Living Advisor will engage with senior citizens, adult children, NRIs and family decision-makers to understand their lifestyle, care and financial requirements.
The role requires patience, empathy, strong communication skills and the ability to guide families through an important lifestyle and housing decision.
Candidates with direct experience in senior living sales will be preferred.
Professionals experienced in selling luxury housing, premium automobiles, high-end hospitality or other premium products and services are also encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with:
* Consultative and relationship-based selling
* Handling high-value customer enquiries
* Conducting presentations and site visits
* Managing follow-ups and long sales cycles
* Building trust with seniors and their families
* Converting qualified prospects into customers
