Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing and Lead Generation role based in Lucknow. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search engines, and email to generate qualified leads. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, monitoring campaign performance,



analyzing web traffic and engagement metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights. The position requires creating and updating marketing content, coordinating with the sales and product teams to align messaging, and maintaining accurate lead records in relevant tools or CRM systems. The role also includes staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and improve lead quality.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including managing profiles, creating content, and running paid campaigns.
