FTI Food Tech Pvt. Ltd., a food technology consulting and service provider based in Indore, is expanding our technical team.

If you’re a B.Sc./M.Sc. graduate in Biotechnology or Microbiology (final-year students welcome too), this is your chance to gain hands-on exposure to NPD, quality assurance, food safety systems, and regulatory compliance — working with national and international food brands.

Job Description: Technical Associate – Food Technology

Eligibility:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biotechnology or Microbiology (final-year students may also apply)

• Basic knowledge of food safety, microbiology, and laboratory practices

• Positive communication and documentation skills

• Genuine interest in the food industry and willingness to learn

Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory analysis,



quality control, and quality assurance

• Assist in new product development (NPD) and formulation trials

• Perform raw material, in-process, and finished product evaluations

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, specifications, and reports

• Support food safety management systems including HACCP, GMP, and FSMS

• Assist with regulatory compliance as per FSSAI and international standards (USFDA, CFIA, GCC, etc.)

• Coordinate with packaging and artwork approval teams

• Work closely with cross-functional teams across R&D;, Quality, Regulatory, and Production
