About the Role

We are seeking experienced Engineering Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support the training and evaluation of advanced AI models. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to create high-quality question-and-answer datasets based on real-world engineering scenarios.

Responsibilities
- Analyze real-world engineering images and technical scenarios within your area of expertise.
- Create challenging, domain-specific questions that test an AI model's reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
- Develop accurate, detailed, and technically sound answers with explicit explanations.
- Review and validate technical content to ensure correctness, consistency, and quality.
- Follow project guidelines while meeting quality and turnaround expectations.
