Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving product awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for TickoraDesk. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and nurturing leads, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role also involves developing and executing marketing campaigns,



creating targeted messaging for different customer segments, and collaborating with the support and product teams to align sales efforts with customer needs. The specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers via calls, email, and online meetings, provide training and onboarding support when needed, and use data-driven insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage prospects, understand their needs, and provide clear, user-focused solutions.
