About the Role
This is NOT a "sit quietly and execute briefs" designer job.
You will work directly with the founder's office and our performance marketing team. We hand you tested ad scripts — you turn them into scroll-stopping reels and statics, fast. You see the ad results (hook rate, ROAS) within days, and you iterate. Your ideas don't sit in a folder; they go live on Meta with real money behind them.
We want someone who is hungry — who comes to us with 5 creative ideas before we even ask, who gets restless when a video takes too long to ship, and who treats Sadhna's growth like their own brand's growth.
What You'll Do
● Edit performance ad videos daily: UGC-style reels,
voiceover ads, hook variations — from our ready scripts and raw influencer/shoot footage.
● Design graphics: static ads, product creatives, thumbnails, marketplace and social assets.
● Bring your OWN creative ideas every week — new hooks, new formats, new visual styles — and push them into testing.
● Work in rapid loops with the performance team: creative goes live → data comes back → you cut the next iteration within a day.
● Make multiple hook variants (first 3 seconds) of every winning video.
● Keep everything native and real — our ads must never look forced, over-produced, or "AI-made".
● Manage your own creative pipeline and deliver on committed timelines without follow-ups.
What We're Looking For
● 1–3 years hands-on experience in video editing AND graphic design (portfolio is mandatory — show us ads/reels you've made, not just college projects).
