Position: Marketing & Training Manager

Working Model: On-site

Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across markets and partner locations as per business requirements.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketing & Training Manager to lead training initiatives and marketing activities across the organization. The role focuses on developing training programs, creating engaging content, managing digital platforms,



and ensuring consistent execution of learning and brand initiatives across locations.

Key Responsibilities

Training

● Conduct induction, process, and product training programs.

● Develop training materials, presentations, and assessment modules.

● Manage online assessments and certifications.

● Monitor training effectiveness and identify improvement areas.

Marketing

● Manage content across YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

● Develop marketing collateral and communication materials.

● Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

● Support internal and external branding initiatives.

Execution & Coordination

● Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

● Drive timely execution of training and marketing initiatives.

● Maintain activity trackers and share regular updates.

● Support business expansion and new market launches.
