Essential Skills & Experience
- Hands-on administration of Datadog & Zabbix
- Experience with Device42 for infrastructure discovery.
- Ability to configure alert policies, conditions, thresholds, and muting rules.
- Expertise integrating monitoring tools with ServiceNow via Webhooks.
- Solid Automation skills.
- Discovery of CI via Device 42 & co-relation with ServiceNow CMDB
- Maintain operational ownership of enterprise monitoring tools end-to-end.
- Support the massive legacy "AS-IS" monitoring footprint while driving consolidation toward Datadog.
- Integrate Device42 with ServiceNow CMDB for continuous CI synchronization.
- Manage event management routing via PagerDuty.
- Support backend automation tasks via Ansible and ignio.
- Perform agent installation, uninstallation, and validation across infrastructure.
- Setup alert policies and ITSM Webhook integrations.
