Hiring: MEP Engineer

Project Sites – Pan India (HQ: Periyamet, Chennai)

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise MEP works across project sites.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely project execution.
- Support testing, commissioning, progress reporting, and project documentation.

Required MEP Expertise
- Hands-on experience in
HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, ELV, and Drainage systems
.
- Strong knowledge of MEP installation, testing & commissioning, and site execution.
- Ability to interpret MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Experience in quantity take-offs, material coordination,



and vendor management.
- Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and
MS Office
.
- Positive understanding of quality standards, safety practices, and project coordination.

Eligibility
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 5–10 years
of relevant experience in commercial building, interior fit-out, or infrastructure projects.
- Must be fluent in Hindi, Tamil & English.
Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
- Willing to travel and work at project sites across
Pan India
