Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Head to lead and manage the overall sales function of our FMCG business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, managing distributor and retailer networks, leading sales teams, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and distribution channels.
- Drive market expansion and increase product penetration across assigned territories.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to formulate effective sales plans.

Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and organizational sales targets.




- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching, training, and development support.
- Foster a high-performance and result-oriented sales culture.

Distributor & Channel Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Ensure effective distribution, product availability, and market coverage.
- Monitor distributor performance and implement corrective measures where required.

Sales Operations & Reporting
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic business reports.
- Analyze sales performance data and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
