Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Welcome and assist creators, influencers, and guests at the event venue.
- Support the registration and check-in process for creators and attendees.
- Guide creators to designated areas, sessions, and networking zones.
- Assist the event team with on-ground coordination and crowd management.
- Help manage backstage operations and ensure smooth movement of creators throughout the event.
- Coordinate with the team to communicate real-time updates and schedule changes.
- Provide prompt support to resolve basic on-ground coordination issues.
- Ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for creators and attendees throughout the event.
